Yet another low population 1910 Williams Card, Nap Rucker, Brooklyn. PSA 3, one of four at this level with none higher by PSA. If not for a nibbed corner this card would have graded a grade or two higher. Nice bold red background surrounded by fresh white borders with no back damage. Perhaps the nicest of all the 3's graded? Very scarce even for this issue, with only seven Rucker's graded by PSA in all grades.
