Highly sought after 1889 Western Association Old Judge Cigarettes card of Charles P. "Count" Weber, Sioux City. SGC 10, but appearing much nicer, no back damage or creasing, just a bit of the albumen photo flaking away at the right upper corner and edge. A nice crisp image, pose 482-5.
